Here you’ll find a selection of live recordings and videos that represent my sound as it is — honest, polished, and rooted in a love for great songs.

There’s no overproduction or studio gloss here — just real music, recorded live, with a focus on feel, tone, and musicality. If you’re looking to get a clear sense of what I do and how I interpret a wide range of material, this is the place to start.

These numbers were all filmed live, with a backing track, in one take, in my studio space. What you see and hear is exactly how I perform — no editing, no overdubs, just an honest reflection of my live sound. Of course, every wedding is different, and the atmosphere on the day will naturally vary depending on the venue, crowd, and occasion — but this gives you a clear sense of how I sound in a real performance setting.

Bring Him Home

Written by Claude-Michel Schönberg, with lyrics by Alain Boublil and Herbert Kretzmer, Bring Him Home is one of the most emotionally powerful songs from Les Misérables. Originally performed by Colm Wilkinson in the 1985 West End production, it has since become a beloved piece in the world of musical theatre.

A prayer-like ballad full of tenderness and vulnerability, the song speaks of protection, hope, and love — themes that resonate deeply in both wedding and memorial settings. I perform this piece with a full orchestral backing track to capture its sweeping, cinematic quality and to honour the quiet strength at the heart of the melody. It’s a beautifully reflective moment that often brings stillness to the room.

Dancing On My Own

Originally written and released by Swedish artist Robyn in 2010, Dancing On My Own found new life when Calum Scott’s stripped-back cover brought the song’s raw emotion to the forefront. What began as an upbeat electro-pop anthem was reimagined into a heartfelt ballad of longing, vulnerability, and quiet strength.

I perform this version with a simple, stripped-back piano arrangement to let the emotion speak for itself. It’s honest, intimate, and often catches people by surprise — a moment of stillness that really stays with you.

My Way

Made famous by Frank Sinatra in 1969, My Way is one of the most iconic songs of all time — a powerful reflection on individuality, resilience, and a life lived on one’s own terms. With lyrics by Paul Anka and music adapted from the French song Comme d’habitude, it continues to resonate across generations.

I perform this version with a stripped-back piano backing that allows the story to unfold gradually. The vocal builds throughout, growing in intensity and emotion before reaching a powerful, climactic finish. It’s a subtle, moving take on a timeless classic — ideal for creating a moment of reflection or impact.

Empty Chairs at Empty Tables

Thanks to @MusicalTheatreKaraoke (https://www.youtube.com/@MusicalTheatreKaraoke)

Originally composed by Rolf Løvland with lyrics by Brendan Graham, You Raise Me Up was first released by Secret Garden in 2002. It gained international recognition when Josh Groban recorded his powerful version in 2003, cementing the song as a modern classic of strength, hope, and emotional depth.

The lyrics speak to the quiet power of love and support — a message that resonates deeply during wedding ceremonies, family tributes, or reflective moments. I perform this piece with a full orchestral backing track to honour the scale and emotion of the original, allowing the song to build and soar with the richness it deserves. It’s a moment in any set that never fails to move people.

From the musical Les Misérables, Empty Chairs at Empty Tables is one of the show’s most moving and emotionally charged songs. Written by Claude-Michel Schönberg, with lyrics by Alain Boublil and Herbert Kretzmer, it captures the quiet devastation of loss and the weight of memory in the aftermath of conflict.

I perform this piece with a full orchestral backing track, allowing the arrangement to gradually build beneath the vocal. The performance begins with restraint and deep emotion, rising to a powerful, expressive finish. It’s a striking and heartfelt moment that brings real atmosphere to any event.

Below is a selection of songs recorded either in the studio or live.
